EVDI Annual Meeting delegate registrations are only possible online via the registration link. We expect credit card payment at the time of booking, but payment via a wired bank transfer is possible as well. Please note registration fees are excluding 24% Greek VAT.

In order to register for the congress please register online and be sure to click ‘submit’ your registration. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your registration. Once your registration is complete – waste no time and start booking your travel and accommodation – and if you need any help please go to our city page. Payments
Registration is valid on receipt of your payment. Payment can be made by a secured online credit card payment during the registration or via a. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.
Cancellation and refunds
The Congress Secretariat (info@evdi-congress.eu) must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. Cancellation on or before 1st of August 2024: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 50%. For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be made. Exchange rate differences and bank charges will also be deducted from your congress payment.
Language
The official language of the congress is English.
Conference badges
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the identification badges. Entrance to meeting halls and exhibition area will not be permitted to any person without badge.
Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Secretariat can be subject to any liability concerning participation related activities. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).
Official Letter of Invitation
Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries may be requested after completing the online registration process and congress registration payment. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or the Congress to provide any financial assistance.
Certificate of Attendance
Delivery of the Certificates of Attendance will take place after the conference via e-mail.
Sustainability
We are committed to organise this congress as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible. All food and drinks will be served in reusable or recyclable dishes. We will not provide congress material that duplicates digitally provided material such as the proceedings (online download only) or that are typically thrown away . Therefore, you will not receive a congress bag, paper material, USB sticks, or a rain poncho. We ask you to do your bit by bringing what you need. The weather in Scotland is changeable. If it rains it is also often windy. Therefore, a waterproof jacket works better than an umbrella.
Pets
Please note that pets are not allowed in the congress area of the hotel and are therefore prohibited during the congress!
