Registration for the EVDI Congress 2024 will open 1st of May!

Registration Fees
Please note below fees are including 24% Greek VAT. 
We are committed to maintaining affordability for the EVDI conference, however you will note that the registration fees listed below are higher than those in place in Edinburgh. Unfortunately there are differing VAT rules across Europe, and while the pre-tax fees are relatively unchanged we are obliged to charge 24% Greek VAT on registrations. This is outside of our control and we apologise, and thank you in advance for your understanding

Full registration fees are including all 3 social events. 
Early fee will end on August 1st at 00.00 GMT +2.

In order to register for the congress please register online and be sure to click ‘submit’ registration. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your registration. Please contact the congress secretariat in case of further questions before you register: info@evdi-congress.eu.

All registrations and credit card payment
EVDI Annual Meeting delegate registrations are only possible online via the registration link. We expect credit card payment at the time of booking, but payment via a wired bank transfer is possible as well. Should you have any queries about payment methods please e-mail the congress secretariat: info@evdi-congress.eu

Payments
Payment can be made by a secured online payment during the registration or via a wired bank transfer. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.

24% Greek VAT will apply on all registration fees.

Cancellation and refunds
The Congress Secretariat (info@evdi-congress.eu) must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. Cancellation on or before August 1st 2024: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 50%. For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be made. Exchange rate differences and bank charges will also be deducted from your congress payment.

Photos and Videos
Photos and/or videos can be taken at conferences. These photos/videos can be used on public websites of us or our customers as an illustration or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, brochures, advertisements and/or social media of us or our customers. Photos and videos can be processed in the United States (e.g. by Google's YouTube). Our basis for being allowed to process the data is our legitimate interest to be able to share photos/videos for journalistic purposes and to increase our brand awareness and/or the reputation of the conference or the customer. The infringement of your privacy is limited as much as possible by informing you in advance and giving you the opportunity to object to the processing. If you object to the processing, we will remove the photos/videos online where possible and we will stop using them offline.
