Registration Fees
Early fee will end on September 5th 2021 at 00.00 GMT +2.

In order to register for the congress please register online and be sure to click ‘submit’ registration. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your registration. Please contact the congress secretariat in case of further questions before you register: info@evdi-congress.eu.

Late registrations
Registration remains open during and after the congress, but please note that the congress secretariat manually imports your details to the congress platform (in due time). We will be uploading all new bookings asap but please take into account some processing time especially during evening and night hours.

All registrations and credit card payment
EVDI Annual Meeting delegate registrations are only possible online via the registration link. We expect credit card payment at the time of booking, but payment via a wired bank transfer is possible as well. Payments
Payment can be made by a secured online payment during the registration or via a wired bank transfer. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.

Please note we accepte the following options: 

VAT
Please note registrations are exempt from VAT for this year’s congress.

Cancellation and refunds
The Congress Secretariat (info@evdi-congress.eu) must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. Cancellation on or before 5th of September 2021: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 50%. For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be made. Exchange rate differences and bank charges will also be deducted from your congress payment.
