I'm Robin, a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, committed to supporting others in reclaiming moments of stillness, clarity, and alignment within the flow of everyday life. My teaching integrates mindful movement, conscious breathing, and reflective stillness to foster both physical well-being and inner resilience.

At the EVDI 2025 Congress, I will be guiding yoga and mindfulness sessions designed to restore balance, renew vitality, and help you reconnect with a deep sense of inner calm. Whether you're entirely new to these practices or seeking to enrich your existing routine, you will be warmly welcomed.

Why Yoga?

Yoga is a holistic discipline that harmonises body and mind through physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. It promotes relaxation, enhances flexibility and strength, and fosters a deeper sense of connection within ourselves.

Why Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present, observing our thoughts, emotions, and sensations with curiosity and without judgment. It opens the door to greater clarity, emotional awareness, and calm focus.

In each session, you’ll be guided through gentle yet purposeful yoga flows, breath practices, and meditation techniques designed to support both mental clarity and physical vitality.
