Nadia Pfammatter was born in Switzerland and graduated at the Vetsuisse faculty of the University of Bern in 2006. Following her doctoral thesis about chronic enteropathies in dogs, she changed to the University of Vienna for a rotating internship. After three additional years at the Division of Diagnostic Imaging in Vienna, she returned to Switzerland and worked as a small animal veterinarian in two clinics. In 2014 she started a residency in Diagnostic Imaging at the Vetsuisse Faculty of the University of Zürich and became a diplomate of the ECVDI in 2018. Currently she works as a consultant of Diagnostic Imaging in a referral diagnostic imaging centre in Switzerland, as teleradiologist and supports private practitioners with practical courses.
