Scientific Sessions
All scientific sessions are taking place in the plenary hall „Montreal“ (except 20/8: room “Rio”).
Please note that no food and drinks of any kind are allowed in the plenary hall “Montreal”.

WIFI Internet access
During the EVDI meeting, a free WIFI network with Internet access is available to all participants at the congress venue.

Lunchs and coffee breaks
All coffee breaks and lunches during the EVDI meeting will take place in the lobby are in front of the plenary hall in the middle of the exhibition.

The exhibition will take place in the lobby area. It will officially open on 21 August 2019 at 12:30 h. and will last until 24 August 2019 at 15:15h.

An unattended cloakroom will be made available to the participants in the entrance area during opening hours.

Disclaimer of liability
The organiser, the congress agency and the congress venue disclaim all liability for any accidents, personal injuries and damages to property. No liability will be accepted for stolen, lost or damaged objects.

Lost & Found
Found objects can be handed in at the Information Desk in the lobby of the EVDI Meeting.

Speaker’s presentation (EVDI meeting only)
Speakers need to hand in their PowerPoint presentation on a USB-stick in the plenary hall (Room Montreal) – 30 minutes before the beginning of their presentation at the latest – to a technician in the control room, which is located just after entering the room Montreal on the left side.

The information desk is located in the lobby and is open at the following times:
